Mate of mine wants to bulk up.

His stats 23,86kg,5:9,12-14%bf

He is been doing weights for about a year now and does 2 kick boxing sessions per week.
Seems like he has stop growing.
What would be the best training method to put mad bulk on. He is not interested in any chemicals at all.

He is doing around 3500cals per day and 230grams of protein and 200 carbs.

By saying No Chemicals do u mean he doesn't want to do any gear?

He should really come on the forum. The second hand situation doesn't work so hot.

If he wants to bulk just add more calories and more clean carbs.. Its simple to bulk. Also I think I think doing 2 days on 1 off is good for bulking as well.
 
And drop the kickboxing completely. All that cardio will make it hard to bulk. Get him on this sight, and tell him to search the stickies for bulking routines and diet. Then he can post his approach for tweaking.

Not going drop martial arts training bro. He is been training for 10 years.

Lift heavy 3 days a week with compounds and evans diet advice should be able to. 2 kickboxing classes shouldn't matter that much.

And if has only been training for a yr would assume had been having really quick gains. They are probably just slowing some now.

Raise cals to 4500-5000, pro to 400 grams, carbs to 400. Train compound lifts 3days a week.
