Broken/Bad Shoulder Joints
Hello everyone !!! I have this problem from almost two years . As it appears the last summer i was playing beach volley everyday and in the middle of the seasn already my right shoulder was killing , then the left one also . After the summer after I went again to gym after the second day I barely could go third time cause of the pain in the shoulders .The doctor said that sth. like : The joints between the arm and the shoulder are broken and it should be operated and put titanium and bla bla bla . Look , I was 24 and only the sound of this makes me go crazy . Then i saw another specialist ( rehabilitator ) and according to him breaking the joint or part of them was only a matter of time cause (again his opinion ) i am born with weaker joints . I am about to do a magnet resonance in a few months and see axactly what is the condition of the joints cause again the summer was tooo busy and I was a bit of lazy to make change my registration again and all the paer work for to get a date for the magnetic resonance .So last winter i just rest . The summer also i just did moslty cardio disciplines .So now i start again visiting the gym and for now everything seems ok .Just when i train realated shoulders exercises i can feel pain in the bone . Also when i have direct pressure on the shoulder its difficult like bench press and pulling my self up and down , that kind of stuff . I would like and advice about training in general : what to avoid and what would beneffit making stronger the shoulder muscles . When i try to put much weight on the shoulders or even overtrain it a bit the pain is comming back so i think mostly the option is mostly without much weight and mostly repetitions . Don´t now.
