broken biceps

hello i m writing from Uruguay (South America) im an amateur bodybuilder, last september i took second place in the nationals
of my country (lightheavy +180lbs)
two month ago i was doing scott curls after a heavy 3 sets of barbell curls and suddenly my left biceps broke
i went to the doctor and i have my arm quiet for 45 days, after that i start training really light until today but whan i try to improve the weights but the pain came back
i need some help to fast recovery, because i think to start a cicle next month for volume
i hope you can help me

If I understand you correctly, your bicept detatched. That happened to a guy I know. You will probably need more than 45 days before you can lift heavy weights again.
 
That happened to me a partial detachment of the short head. There is no speedy road to recovery, I have regained a portion of my strength, but my bicep will never be the same also the size and shape are off, and will never fully recover. I know that this is not what you want to hear but you need to face facts. On the bright side you will still be able to train heavy and win bodybuilding shows.:)
 
I detached my distal bicep tendon and had to have it surgically re-attached. If yours is torn surgery will be difficult since it has been so long. You may still consider consulting a Orthopedic surgen about it though.

i broke my humerous bone(bicep) and it took me 3 months before i trained again and it stil gives me trouble to this day,,,my arm broke last march so its been a full yr almost and still its not 100%
