Boring question this but I am trying to add some fibrous vegetables to my diet and could do to know how many cals and carbs there are in 100g of broccoli. Anyody know?
I'd like to add some to my diet, but how do you prepare it? I imagine buying frozen and re-heating is a bad idea. And doesn't steaming or boiling cause it to lose vitamins/nutrients or something?
(I'm probably way off, so feel free to help me out.)
Meathead, thats cool. We still do not have nutrirional values on all our foods here in the U.K.
I presume the 100g values you gave me were for uncooked stuff?
