breaking diet in about 15 minutes!!! help!!!!!!

I hate to rain on your parade, but unless you have a blood ketometer, there's no way of telling that you're still in ketosis. Ketonuria (ketones in pee) are not one and the same with ketonemia (ketones in blood). One can be present without the other.

good job on quting the diet for a while it takes alot to do that when you want to! but dont worry hit the gym 2 marra and there ill be no gain of fat!!
 
its amazing how fear can help. the fear of putting the fat back on. i hv a long way to go. but for the first time in my life im starting to see some muscle peep through the fat. It is motivating me even more.

its funny, i didnt even really enjoy the pizza and rice. im getting into steaks and mushrooms, with a spinach salad. macadamia nuts, Tuna, cheese and protein shakes throughout the day. im loving it. and im starting to see development in my legs shoulders, chest and arms. im even seeing the top of my abs wanting to come through. and that is a first for me!!!
