Breakfast!

Hehehe. 'Sup people? Well, I woke up this morning around 8:30am and realized the I really have no breakfast food. I stopped eating rabbit food (kashi) long ago and i'm out of oatmeal right now. I would like some adive on what I'm supposed to be eating for breakfast. I've been raised with the idea that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"... but DAMN! My breakfasts have gone to shit for 2 1/2-3 years now. Ever since I graduated high school and stopped with the sports, I've been eating disgusting. I'm sick of it. I have nightmares involving me just getting worse with all the food... I wake up mad and shake it off. So, any advice for breakfast foods would be very grateful. Thanks.

Can I subtitute breakfast with two quarts of OE ? :drink2:
 
Breakfast doesnt have to be special! :rolleyes:
It doesnt have to be cereal or oats...

There's nothing that says you cant just eat say chicken breast with veggies and brown rice or anything like that

if you really must make breakfast special, make eggs or something!
 
I used to down an MRP in the morning years ago when I was never hungry in the morning. A chocolate shake wasnt hard to down anytime.
 
the tastiest breakfast i usually eat is either...

6 egg whites and two yolks scrambled topped with medium pace picante (the cilantro kind) and 2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal in skim milk or...

i cook like 3 cups of brown rice at a time so i warm up 1/2 cup of brown rice in the microwave and add a cup of milk and a packet of nutra sweet and sometimes cinnamon, and then a 6 egg white omellete with some spicy cheese on top or...

i dont remember the recipe exactly, but protein pancakes are about my favorite thing to eat every morning

its something like

1 cup ff cottage cheese
1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder
8-10 egg whites
vanilla extract
cinnamon if desired
 
I usually have 2-3 eggs over easy, glass of milk, homefries, and some kind of meat, ham, bacon, or even a half can of tuna, or instead of the milk and meat, drink a protein shake, not a big breakfast, but the protein and carbs get me goin......
 
1 c of oats 2 tbsp honey 4 grahm crakers,, 4 eggs scrambled

gets me off just right with 800 cals then 3 hrs later i eat agin
 
For a quick shake i blend up 50g vanilla whey, 1 c oats, 1/2 banana, in water and ice... tastes good and is nice and quick
