Bread and milk while bulking?

If your naturaly lean than no, eat only white breads and pastas and rice...

Eat and drink lots of fat free dairy products. The calcium will help you stay lean while bulking. Dont take calcium supplements because they wont work like whole foods.

No cardio! If you get fat very easily than I would suggest you do cardio once per week.
