I personally back the book and Stuart up 100%. I'm an all natural HIT fanatic and I usually get flamed daily on this board, not too many HIT fans here, or as they like to refer to it as (s)HIT . Anyway, follow the book to a tee, read it twice, I continue to make gains almost every week, although they are 1 pound gains, they add up over time, the key is micro plates, or even use fishing weights anything small. Going up 5 pounds each week is just impossible. Sometimes even a 2 pound jump can kill gains (when your natural). There are also tons of routines and work out hints and tips in the book.
I only lift twice a week, and both workouts have only about 5 or 6 exercises for 1 or 2 sets.
Remember one thing, if you follow HIT you will be flamed severely on this board.
