Indicating the Braves were never interested in keeping Glavine. Just hope that Hampton doesn't stink up Turner Field the way he did here in Denver. Then again, no one really pitches well here. And it's not the altitude ... baseballs are stored in humidor at Coors Field. It's the organization. It sucks the confidence out of everyone who plays for it.
I am a big Braves fan Corn (since 90) and sure Tommy did wonderful things for us but it is more important to keep Madux and have the cash room to pick up some type of bat at first.
