Got 350x1 for box squats today. (Just below parallel, toes out, heels 33" apart.) Not a huge number, but squats are one of my weakest lifts.
Until today, I haven't had over 295lbs on my back, but also hadn't tried for a 1RM for about 8-9 months or so.
This was a major milestone for me.*sniff*
I got it on video, but will have to find the power cable for the camera before I can upload it. Battery died right after I captured it.
