anyone see 10ml bottle which was sealed but filled all the way to the top, never seen any filled to top before seems fishy, any feedback is that a red flag or is it cool, its masteron 100 by the way...???

I'm assuming it's a UG so it's very possible for it not to be measured perfectly.
