Bored of oats

I'm getting bored of oats and whey protein for breakfast. Right i've pretty much got as cut as i'd like to be following the diet i've been doing the last 12 odd weeks but i was wondering if i have to continue this or can I move onto different carbs like whole wheat bread and egg whites for breakfast now or will this just make me less cut?

I can get this bread made out of soy and linseed and it's only 35on the GI scale does that sound good?

do you stir them up into oatmeal or do ya blend them up in a blender? I thought you had that microwaveable Oats and Cottage Cheese thing going on?.. I definately like bledning the two up with some flax or Udo's oil. Drop in a packet or two of splenda. Tastes real good. Peace

wolfie, nah i stopped dairy. I found out through having a food alergy test i was mildly lactose intollerant and ever since i've been better off for it
Seeing my abs now and having clearer breathing!

lol wolfie
yeah i was told that lactose can smoothen cuts and also build up mucus so i guess that's why it's better without it
plus with too much lactose i feel like my stomach is a blender :(

If you have reached your goal, I dont see a reason why you cant relax you diet a bit. Just monitor your body and energy levels to make sure that you dont regress.

Congratulations btw... :)

I wouldn't worry about the Glycemic Index of your breafast carbs too much (if you've finished dieting), as its more important that your evening carbs are good quality, listen to FatRat and chill.
