whats everyone opinion on how much fat this cuts?
ive read a few diff things online
basically im a broke mofo trying to save my pennies
i take a few pounds of ground beef 80/20 and boil it...once all pink is gone i strain the meat into another pot..then tAke the strained meat and wash it with very hot tap water
afterwords the meat shows no grease whatsoever..can squeeze it squixh it whatever and its just like empty juiceless meat...
so what kind of fat content you think im gettign rid of?
80/20 is 1.99 pound compared to 93/7 which is 4.99 lb
