We all know about the benefits of the Bodyopus diet on looseing fat. Also Bodyopus training spilt fits perfectly to the diet.
My question is:
I´ve realized that all the people doing the bodyopus diet are not useing steroids by that time. I´m doing the diet, and planing my next cycle in a month. The problem is that training 3 times a week will make me feel that I´m looseing my gear. Also zero carbs make me feel like a zombie, thus I won´t be able to get the most out of my cycle (train intensily).
Any experiences on bodyopus+gear??
