Bodyfat Measuring: Easiest, cheapest and most accurate way

So I've decided to base my cut/bulks on my bodyfat %. For now on, if it gets above a certain number I bulk, when I get below a certain number I cut.

However, I have never had my body fat measured accurately and don't feel like getting tested underwater every week.

So...what method do most people use?

Just by callipers and use them regularly. About $40

It takes a while to get accurate with them.

Are they perfectlly accurate? Well no, as they only measure the outer layer of fat, but this is the only measure most of us are really concerned with. In any event, it is not the accuracy per se that matters, but the consistency (i.e., does it measure changes in body fat, so you know whether it is getting worse or better).

For people with low bf, calipers are better than underwater dunking.

A pathology report is the only truly accurate way!
