Bodyfat Calipers

Anyone recommend a particular brand? I am looking to buy a pair that ius hopefully not to expensive. I'd like them to be accurate, but will mostly just be using to measure personal progress.

Thanks

Cheapest and easiest Accumeasure, one site measurement.

You then read the bodyfat percentage off a chart (it has a sex and age range)

White plastic calipers, usually around a tenner.

I think that if you want a more accurate view, you could use them to pinch on 3-7 sites and use a formula if you are so inclined.

I have a spring loaded Baseline model. These seem to be the industry standard.

The Accumeasure ones are cheap, but maybe good enough for you and a buddy. I wouldn't use them on clients.

Accumeasure is what I ordered last week, Ill have them in 3 days...Thats when I get to depress myself on how much work I have to do before basketball season lol :-)

PS: I just got the basic "3000" model.

I orderd up some accumeasure digital gold. It also came w/ the body tape which should be handy. Thanks for the replies, I'll let you know how it works when it gets here.
