eggs, creamer, cheese & ham from the deli., sometimes sliced chicken from the deli, oj, sugar free lemonade mix, italian dressing, mayo, olive oil, low carb pita bread, fresh baguette from bakery section, chicken breasts with rib(you can get a big pack of 5-6 pieces for about $13 versus $20 for basically the same thing without ribs), red meat of your choice(I like sirloin to cook and cut up later for steak&cheese etc.., stir fry steak, thin steak), pork(some pork seems to be expensive..I go for the thin sliced family pack), romaine lettuce & salad fixings of your choice, store brand chocolate chip ice cream with about 17g carb per serving.
