ive tried so many times, (but not hard enough) to lose body fat. this semester i have a total body fitness class, and we measured our bf%. they said i had 20, which doesnt seem right. but anyway, i can afford to lose 10-15 pounds.

i know nothing about diet except, protien builds mucles, complex carbs give u energy and replenish you, and natural fats are good, sat fats are horrible. (along with refined carbs and processed junk)

i cant tell u my diet exactly cuz i eat what ever when ever, i do make sure to have 3 shakes a day and lots of carbs and protien and some fruits and greens. (at least twice a day)

i have to go to this class 3 times a week, so i figure i can do cardio there and lift when ever i want. i can afford 50 bucks a week on food along with ever else is in my house.

plus getting in shape is part of the grade so i want to make it seem like i did something. my heart is in good shape from running in valet alot and the heavy bag.

so really all i need to focus on is the diet cardio 2-3 times a week, lift 4 times a week. i have 16 weeks to make an improvement.

so, jkurz... where are u? can u help me?

5 pounds of buffalo wings
milk
oj
natural peanut butter
mixzed nuts
almonds
apples
bananas
carrots

at home i already have

eggs
tuna
pastas
potatos
cheese
 
good news, the bitch that measured me was cracked out and did it wrong, i went back for my 2nd work out class and a new guy did it. i have 15% bf, also before i was looking at the girls chart which is higher then the guys.
 
If you need to lose a little fat, there is no need to go on a very strict diet

Just avoid all the crap

High GI carbs
refined products
Trans fat

Try to reduce a little your carbs intake

Add some good fats (fish oil, flax seed oil)

Ad some fiber

Switch from regular soda to diet soda
From full fat milk to skim milk
From OJ to real orange
 
if your really trying to get ripped I would nix:

milk
kashi
wheatbread
bananas
apples
pasta
cheese

*make sure your nuts are all natural (not drowned in sodium and oil)
*make sure you use brown rice only
*seperate all meals into fat + protein and carb + protein for optimal fat loss
*as recommended add some good fats (fish oil, flax, olive oil)
*try not to eat any carb meals within 4 hours of going to bed (you may have to alter this if you lift late in the evening)

LMFAO I did the same thing when I checked my BF with a caliper,and flipped the fuck out!!1

then relized I was on the female chart!
