I am confused. I weigh 149lbs and am 5ft2, a little over weight for my height but getting there. How many lbs should I lose to get to 25% body fat? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
About 130-135 lbs would be about 25% BF. Some other things go into factor like your measurements (waist, neck, arms, legs), so that's just a rough estimate (thus the 5 lbs difference).
