Is it true that your body tries to balance itself out? By this I mean, If you work your legs does it release more testosterone or growth hormones throughout the body? Or is this just a myth.....
Both weight training and cardio releases significant amounts of free testosterone. Elite runners doing high intensity cardio can have free test increases of up to 70%. I don't think it's body-part specific, I just think it's related to the size of the muscle being trained and the total volume. Although overdoing it in time or intensity can trigger negative stuff, so don't go doing GVT in pursuit of test and GH release
intense strength training will increase a lot more test then anything esle, also sex and watching football will do that. definetly larger movments will release a lot.
