Greatly appreciate the feedback, let me see if I can answer the questions, but first of all remember that I am 38 years old and was all natural unitl last winter - I have also been an athlete all my life, so someone else's results may not be the same as mine...
Will - I am using ICN Galenika Test E. Iranian was my first choice, but I am happy with this stuff so far, but the amps are made of cement. I exploded the very 1st one in my hand, man was I pissed.
For PCT I am going with both clomid and nolva two weeks after my last shot starting right after I return from a cruise with the wife. Clomid 3 weeks, Nolva 4 weeks, and I will throw in creatine and Trib as well. I thought about HCG, but given the low dose of test as well as my 1st PCT last winter, I think I will be ok.
Krisha I haven't the slightest idea what my body fat is. As long as I can get around the bases, then I am not too fat.
Wannaimpress - Diet and training? For diet I am on a standard bulker, here is a typical day (but not the same everyday
) --
8am: two whole egg omelette with tomato and cheese, bagel, cream cheese, whey shake with flax.
9:30am: 1/2 cup of oatmeal
10:30am: Whey shake
12:30pm: 3/4 lbs of homemade turkey chili with cheddar, sour cream and pita bread
3:30pm: 1/2 cup of almonds
6:30pm: PW shake (I use two scoops N Large)
8:00pm: 1/2 pound chicken with cauliflower and a sweet potato
9:30pm: ANPB with wheat crackers
I use fitday.com from time to time to make sure I am getting at least 3000 calories per day.
My training is straight HST, 3x per week. With the cycle being in the middle of baseball season, I can't be doing 5x5's and still have the strength to play 60 games a summer. I like the results and structure of HST, it works well for me.

I try to stay with basics. Remember I am not trying to be a bodybuilder, I am trying to better my game and keep playing at a high level for as long as I can.
I haven't bothered with a diary this time becuase there isn't really much to report. I am gaining weight, not having any sides except back pumps, I hate sticking myself but I get it done, what more is there to say?
