Bloodwork revealed low test levels :(

I'm 23 years old, 5'9 196lbs 13% bodyfat. I've ran 2 cycles, both did PCT as well.

I got my bloodwork back from my doctor and this is what it showed:

Total Test: 305ng/decil - Normal range is 348-1200 I think
Free Test: 9.1pg/ml - Normal range is 9.3+

My most recent cycle was Test-E 500mg/12 weeks, Deca 400mg/10 weeks, Dbol 40mg weeks 1-4 and finally Aromasin 12.5mg EOD.

I took 5000iu of hcg during last 2 weeks of cycle then after waiting 2 weeks I started my PCT of Nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10/10 as well as one Triptorelin shot (which supposely bring test levels back to normal levels) the day before PCT.

Im going for a 2nd blood test next week but if my test levels come back low again, what should I do? Ask for TRT or hop on some clomid/nolva? All suggestions are welcome!

that decision remains up to the doctor, you can't just request to be on trt, THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE ANYWAY. If I were you I would find a specialist and find the root cause first. Do you really wanna be on trt at 24 yrs old?
If you do than let the doc make that decission.

Also I would definitely wait another six month then go get tested again. It might take you longer to recover.

This. You shut yourself down. 2 months isn't enough time to see what your normal level will eventually rebound to.

you ran deca. it takes deca 5 weeks to leave the body or maybe longer. and your PCT wasn't great. and its only been 6-8 weeks since your cycle. i would say your levels are right where they should be granted a better PCT would have sped things up.

HRT is totally not necessary at your age, seems like there are thousands of guys like this who jump on TRT when it isn't even needed.

you can do one of three things. you can run another PCT. read my signature and follow the PCT i wrote to a tee. or you can just be patient and wait for your levels to rebound on their own. or option 3 is grab some HMG and do 2 doses of it which will help get your LH up.

i want to see your LH next time you run bloods, not just test.

in the future if you want to avoid this headache don't run deca unless you are willing to be patient off cycle and invest in a much better pct.

if your total test was sub 100 you can make the argument your are suppressed. but at 300+ your body is producing test, its just trying to recover and that number will continue going higher and higher

now as for the mistakes you made i can name a few right off the bat that hopefully you and others reading this can learn from.

1. you waited till the very end of your cycle to start hcg. should of started it earlier around weeks 3-5. and run a low dose of it then upped it the last month after your last injection. added hcgenerate and added some HMG too as an option. that would of been a much better kickstart.

2. not even considering nolva being a bad choice for deca, but nolva in general won't even come close to covering all your bases. clomid atleast will cover 2 of your bases, but even clomid isn't enough.

3. you didn't run any anti-prolactin during your deca.

4. it appears you didn't run any AI during cycle either.

so you had high prolactin and estrogen going into pct, thats a lot of pressure on your body to recover. i'm shocked your test levels are even that high, you should be thrilled with those results

What is LH levels? My doctor never mentioned those to me.

I ran aromasin at 12.5mg EOD as my AI.

up to you.. can start from scratch and kickstart a new PCT and go from there.. or you can just take some HMG (this is what i would do).. you seem to be on your way

luteinize hormone. if that is at 0 you are truely shutdown, that is the most important number. guys who are on HRT have this at 0

I'm not exactly sure on where I would find HMG but I'll look around.

i might not be an expert! but i would sugest to run some OTC supps to help you recover or maybe a mild PCT to help you towards your homostatis

250ui Hcg every 5th or more, since you dont want to shut more down due to high HCG use. Combine with low dose of nolva to help FLSH and LH
Run some HCGenerate/Triazole/Erase to help boost your HTPA and recovery, also erase and triazole has some AI effects to it.. + they are natural so they shouldent cause shutdown or sides.

Zink - magnesium and b vitamins aka ZMA has some HPTA effetcs and is something i use daily and in much higher doses then recommended.

Acespro, I had almost same cycle, and suffered from low test level ( 270 ) and this continued round 4-5 months to get it even 410.. i believe its over 600 but cant tell unless i do test.
here is the key. follow Steves ( as i did ). for me, he was better than my endo ( who gave me 5 shots 5000ui hcg and said if test wasnt back we wud put u on trt). i'm glad i can have sex but not as rock as used to but on the way to.

thanks... i remember working with you for a couple months to get things back in order. deca can be a bitch to recover from, thats why i always recommend NPP instead for guys if they insist on a nandro.

definately cannot beat experience, an endo gets his knowledge from a book, but we get our knowledge from personal experience. can't beat real life experience and glad to hear things turned out good for you, now you will use this experience to help others as well.

Deca if not used properly with the right products to combat the sides hcg doesn't help it will still shut you down plus I think you started 2 young
