blood tests show low test.. what should I do?

Last week I decided to get bloodwork done for test and Lh. The reason for this sudden bloodwork was that for about the last few years I've been having the worst sexual experiences and I just couldn't understand what the problem was. I would have no problem getting aroused and erect during kissing, foreplay etc but once I penetrate after about a minute or 2 my penis softens.

For some reason it just didn't hit me that something was wrong. I always figured maybe it's alcohol, or im nervous, or a million others things. Last year while on vacation I was drunk and took a viagra once I saw that a girl would go back to my room with me and fuck. Once the viagra kicked in, i fucked for about 2 minutes then went limp again.

This is when I knew somethings up if even viagra cant keep me super hard for at least 30 minutes. When I did some research online I found forums, sites and even a whole community on reddit or many young men who suffer from ED for 2 reasons: too much deathgrip (masturbation) or too much porn. What both of these do is screw up the dopamine in the brain which makes it harder to get aroused by an actual woman because you have wired your brain too only get dopamine release from masturbation or from watching porn. This is when I realized this absolutely must be the source of my ED since I am only in my 20's and also since viagra didnt work (its not physical but has to do with the brain) and since I am addicted to masturbation, jerking off anywhere from 5-10x per day for the last few years.

Alot of user logs showed users were cured of ED after anywhere from 60-90 days of abstaining from porn and masturbation.

Has anyone suffered from this? I thought I was the only one until I found all of these online communities. For a few years all my sexual experiences end up the same with me going limp, meanwhile I hear my friends talk about the experiences they had and all I wish is that I could keep 100% hard for at least 20-40 minutes straight enough to fuck good and give a girl the time of her life.

However I was not 100% of this is the problem to my ED. I decided to get a blood test done when I visited my doctor just to be safe. Here is what came up..

The last 2 cycles I did were as follows..
Last August for 8 weeks I cycled, 6 weeks of Hdrol, 8 weeks of 11-oxo, 8 weeks of protomax for a cut. Post cycle I used research liquid nolva and clomid for 4-5 weeks.

In june I took 20mg of ostobol for 6 weeks.

Now these results explain why I have been gaining weight so easy the last 10 months and also why my libido feels off and why I cant maintain erections or get super hard. What should I do now? I am only 27

I was reading a article today actually that says the same. Guys who jerk off and watch porn can get to a point that having a woman doesn't even matter. They get off by that alone. And are happy with it. (Physically). Emotionally, that's a diff story. But your t levels are low. Where is estrogen and prolactin In this? Also your fsh levels and pituitary?

Ed can be caused by a number of things. It's hard to pinpoint really.
For example if you are into bdsm and they aren't it will be hard for you to take interest. It's boring almost.

The fact that you can get hard and orgasm on your own but not with a woman and not on Viagra tells me that you have low t. I'd check the other levels I mentioned.
In the meantime take vitamin d 5000iu a day, 50mg zinc, and magnesium, fish oil, and exercise your legs, keep bf down, have a glass of wine a couple days a week. Stress is also a big contributor.
To see if your randomly getting hard while you sleep, put a piece of scotch tape around your penis before you go to bed. If you wake up and it's broke then that's a good sign. If not then not so good but we already know u have low t and that's not good to start with.
Good luck

shitty lifestyle is gonna result in low T. from what you wrote you need to clean up your act and grow up quick or you will end up building a rep of being that loser who can't get it up.

and yes i went through this myself in my early 20's.. since then i gave up alcohol and cleaned up my lifestyle and hasn't been a problem since .. i just don't get why it took you so long to finally want to do something about it. not sure how motivated you are here.
