Blood Results and a step in the right direction

So it's been awhile. I had surgery from an accident and am on the mend.
I had my bloodwork done last week and today I met with a doctor I found on the LEF list.

Here's my bloodwork results and then I'll mention the recommendation.

Test 346 ng/dl 262-1593
Free Test (calc) 7.4 ng/dl 1.6-23.0
Free Test % 2.1 % 1.2-3.2
Bio Ava Test (calc)172.0 ng/dl 36.0-562.0
Bio Ava Test % 49.7 % 28.0-75.0

Estradiol <10 pg/ml <52
PSA Total 0.28 ng/ml 0-2.50


So that being said...
The doc prescribed Test from a compounding pharmacy and it will be ready on Friday. He prescribed (I don't have it in front of me) but he's starting me
on 10ml ? per day and is open to switching me to injectible next time we meet if I prefer.
He also prescribed HGH (Somat) but suggested I shop around as the prices are pretty high currently. He told me to bring it by when I get it and he'll show me how to dilute it and write me a scrip for pins.

Anything I missed or any additional advice?
Looks like my insurance will cover some of the T but not the HGH.
