Hi,
My parents have always told me that black cumin, or onion seeds, are good, but i thought it was just old people being old people. I did some research and found that they contain essential fatty acids, including Omega6 and 3, and they also are full of minerals and some protein. Only thing is, I don't know what the quantities. They are much cheaper than flax seed oil and easier to incorporate into my diet( taste better), so I was wondering if anyone could find out, or knows, the nutritional breakdown of one tablespoon of black cumin so iknow how much of the EFA's and stuff this can provide. Hopefully this is stuff you guys can use too because it's got some great value to gainers (good for the kidneys, water retention, releasing hormones properly, etc.).. If anyone has any quantitative facts, please share. Thanks.
