coinbase and circle has been a pain in the neck lately. circle has recently remove me from buying bitcoins for no reason

can anyone please refer me a good bitcoin exchanger like circle who are instant without limits??

I have never used bitcoins before so I can't comment.

bitcoins are simply converting your money into that currency. keep in mind that currency moves too. i personally wouldn't keep bitcoins for a long time, convert them and use them

I don't know of a specific one to use but I would check out the link Muskate gave you and see if someone there was using a good one.
