Bitch tits.....what causes them?

sometimes with no apparent reason my pecs start to develop bitch tits---I know this term is not that well taken by girls but thats what they are called.
i dont think that ive done something that has sprung its growth. is it something genetical in me that causes it or am i doing something to make them appear?

what's your body fat %?

Also, are you taking any gear, including pro-hormones, or medicine for high blood pressure?

are your nipples sore, a hard lump, any discharge, etc?

gynecomastia can occur naturally, but usually on younger guys...

it's probably just some extra fat if there's no gear.

Usually caused by excess estrogen in your system. Steroids and also prohormones can partially convert to estrogen as your body processes it. Some guys are REALLY sensitive to it, and others have no symptoms on high doses. If it gets bad, surgery is the only option.
