Biggest newbie you'll ever know has Questions about Anavar

Im 20yrs. im 5'4" and i weigh a ridiculous 137.5lbs. Ive been working out since 6th grade(back then it wasnt too heavy or consistant as it has been for the last 3 years) and i cant gain a lot of weight in muscle. Ive gone to my doc and they just say nothing is wrong, you just got dealt the wrong cards, which may be true thats why i want roids. my questions are, Is anavar a good steroid to use for a first timer if you plan on only taking small amounts for about a 4 week period? How much should i take? I only plan on taking one cycle because i really dont want to take any risks even small ones like dbol ect. and i dont want to go the needle route. Ive tried creatine, bulgariantribulus, im still taking free form amino acids, NLarge 2, ZMA, and IsaTest. now im taking Vit. E, milk thistle(Have a somewhat weak liver already), Aminos, and omega 3,6,9. Also does anavar have toxicity problems at low doesages? Thanks in advance.

You dont need Var you need to eat right and train hard. At that height you should be 165-170 lean before you need to start thinking about gear. If you are not eating enough or right your Var gains are gonna vanish after you stop, although you probably wont gain that much anyway.

learn the ins and outs of diet and training before you try to find a "magic" pill

and im impressed that he may have actually posted his legit weight and not the usual newbie who is always 185 at 12%

yeah it was my real height and weight. I eat pretty good. I most definately could improve tho. i eat shit loads of protien, calories, and drink tons of water everday. you would think by now i would have started to gain some weight, but maybe im wrong.

Have you tried a weight-gainer protein? How often are you working out...are you over-training?

Yeah i have that NLarge 2. Ive heard pretty good things about it. It has 52gs of protien per serving and 600 caleries as well. i have vanilla, its hella good.

I didnt mean to sound like a jerk in my other post.

One other thing, save your money - that stuff isnt going to do much for you, except maybe the creatine. I think you just need to eat more and eat good stuff. Get those calories up to ~4000 a day of healthy food and I bet you explode! At 137 I could see you putting on 10-15lbs of muscle each of the next 2-3 years if you workout hard.

And cut out cardio when going for size!

If you post up your exact diet I bet some people here can help you out.

NO STEROIDS, ONLY DIET. EAT EAT AND EAT SOME MORE.

best advice is,listen to whats being said and read read read,and read some more
 
GUYS, at 5'4 this guy wont go over 150 natty, guaranteed. i suggest bro, eat at least 5000 cals a day, lots of carbs and protein and a good amount of fats, dont go crazy on the shakes, try to eat solid food. also go in the gym for less than an hour per session, and lift hard and intense. i think this is the best route to go before gear. once u reach 150, then consider it.

Nah i didnt think you were a jerk, thanks for your point of views. My diet needs some work for sure. a week ago i made an appointment with a nutritionist for march 8th, so after that i think i'll have the right info. But i really would like to see some quick results. you guys say anavar has very mild effects, but i will see some more increase in my size tho right, versus something like andriol? that was my other consideration. but i will wait it out, do more research and get myself almost to my full potential first.
 
Bro you should not use juice no, but lets face it your going to fucking do it anyway..I would not reccomend Orals, Get your self some Test and run that by it's self..You will see nice results off that at 250-500 mg a week
 
Please...I hate when people tell other people about diet and training right. There going to use juice anyway and came here for us to help them, so dont for one second think your telling them that diet and training is all they need because that will NEVER change there mind for them.

well if the person lacks the ability to search out proper diet and training i wont be the one to tell him how to do something he isnt ready for...so hate if youd like but i for one wont just cave in because hes gonna do it anyway, we are here to help people so thats what my advice is geared towards.....

Most nutritionists will feel obliged to give you a "sensible" diet for general health purposes. The truth is that they will give you healthy food choices, but if you want to see crazy gains the diet really has to be on the same order of craziness.

Nlarge2, Cyto-gainer are decent weight gainers, but weight gainers in general tend to have a lot of junk in them. I make my own with 2 scoops whey, all natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup oats and 14oz of milk.

Check out the diet forum and get some help with what you're currently eating. Once you really hit a plateau then you can consider AAS - just dont sell yourself short and expect them to correct shortcomings in other areas.

wow. with the exception of me using 16 oz. of milk (2 cups), that is my identical "meal replacement" drink.

frickin' delicious, isn't it? people think i'm weird for drinking it.
 
as everyone else said. go to the diet forum and get that strait. about 4000 cals per day. then think about juice.
test for first cycle, not oral

I agree.....do 500mgs of test, along with pct, you will love it....
 
sort your diet out wait on that for 6-8 weeks see the gains if you liek it saty on it till you plateau dont put a number on it when you will start.

but as said by everyone get a good diet in place then hit up the juice

8 weeks of test e @ 500mg pw
first 4 weeks bdol @ 35mg ed

var will be double the above the cyle and will yeild about 1/4 of the gains albeit side free.
 
what do you mean that you have a weak liver?

how do you know this?

dullboy thinks you stay clear of any orals if this is true.

ADDITIONALLY - probably not a good idea for a 137 pound man to eat 4000 - 5000 calories per day if you have a "weak liver". unless of course you want to die.


and quit taking all that supplement crap.

sometimes dullboy thinks that there are autobot posters on this board who automatically reply to eat 5000 calories per day and train hard to anyone new who posts.

please read the dudes entire post before you give irresponsible advice to a man who has a self described weak liver.

Unfortunately most of the nutritionalists that I've known don't know shit other than how to help a fat diabetic with high cholesterol fix his problems.

You need to start keeping a food log. track what, how much, and when you eat. I'd be willing to get that 'eating a ton' for you is about 2000 calories. When you say that your diet could be better I'm thinking that you probably are this guy:

wake up you aren't hungry so you don't bother with breakfast
around 12:00 you are starving so you eat a value meal from McDonalds:
Quarter Pounder w/cheese: 500 calories
Large French Fries w/Ketchup: 600 calories
Large (oh so healthy) DIET coke: 0 calories
Total 1100 Calories

1100 in 1 meal by any scale is a very good sized meal. You just ate a LOT of food so you are on track to gain some weight here

4pm comes around and you are still not hungry cause you ate so much at lunch

6 pm... it's been 6 hours and you are starving again . . .
Time to eat some Lasagna and garlic bread and salad. Good 'healthy' meal and you even have 2 pieces!
lets say about 1000 calories for this meal..

11:00p.m. sleeepy not hungry so you go to bed..


let's recap the day...
no breakfast
lunch = huge fatty/sugary meal for a whopping total of 1100 Cal
Dinner = good amount of food here for 1000 Cal

Total for the day 2100 Cal

at 140 lbs you need ~ 1700 Cal to maintain your weight.
Factor in working out, naturally having a high metabolism and you may only be getting a few calories over your daily expendature. Barely enough to gain anything.

Do this and I PROMISE you will gain weight.

eat 6x/day Whole food

7:00 Breakfast - First meal as soon as you wake up (~600 Cal)
9:30 (~450 Cal)
12:00 (~500 Cal)
2:30 (350 Cal)
5:00 (350 Cal)
8:00 (500 Cal)

Total Cal: 2750
Now toss in a 600 Calorie weight gainer shake after your workouts and on training days you are taking in almost 2x the amount of calories you need in a day.

This should be a minimum to start out and should help stretch your stomach a bit so you can get up to 4000Cal/day to do some serious weight gain.

Those calories should be made up of:

at least 200g protein get some EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) in there from things like fish and nuts, and complex carbs (whole wheat pastas and breads, sweet potatoes, maltodextrin)

Thanks everyone for your input. So okay, lets say i do use some test for a month maybe month and half. I know where i could purchase them, but i really dont perfer needles and would most likely need assistance for the first few times, and what would i need to do for pct. pct stands for post cycle therapy right? would that mean taking something for gyno, hormone production ect.? And what test would i use? what would i want to purchase from my source?
 
Spend at least a couple of months here researching before you jump into anything. A couple more months is not going to hurt you and you will learn a lot, trust me.
