assuming diet and training are perfect would a newbie to gear see much difference between say 500g of sust a week and 750g of sust a week?
I always see people saying that they wish they could do thier first cycle all over.
I'm 208lbs at 10% (5'7") and am thinking of going for 500mg of sust a week for 6-8 weeks. (I know about clomid and nolva and all that) I would use deca but I'd rather not have the gear tracable in my system that long, I plan on doing some contests soon. The other first cycle I was thinking would be EQ at 400mg a week for 6-8 weeks and 30mg of dbol a day for 5 weeks.
what would you guys do for a first cycle if you could do it again? I'd like to gain alot of mass.
