Hey all you bros out there, just thought i would make a log, currently 1 week of cycle, on PCT and not juicing again, kicking it for good. I was up to 240 at one point this cycle, now down to 220, goal is to get to 200 so right now doing much less weight, keeping up intensity, very little rest between sets. I was doing more of a powerlifting routine, very low reps heavy weight, and my body needs time to recover joints and all. Starting school again this year, human kinetics and i think ill be pretty busy and plan on continuing low/moderate weights up until christmas and then will go into a straight powerlifting routine. My current lifts are:
375 bench press
550 deadlift (prefer sumo and thats what i regularly do, but i cant lift as much weight in it)
575ish squat, havent maxed squat in a while and hurt my hip a few weeks back squatting so wasn't worth trying to max, will be going pretty light on the squats for a bit, deadlift feels fine though.

Did bis, shoulders and abs today, going to post what i actually did when i get home from a swim. Will be doing legs tomorrow and will make sure to update everyday. My final goal is to get down to 200 and then from their build up my strength again and CNS response without gaining weight, and eventually compete, going to be playing rugby in the fall as well and once thats done i will be so eager to get back to the heavy weights.
