the PR comes from the fact i dont believe i have ever repped out 115 for skull crushers or EZ bar curls 5x5 style ever before...

Unbelievable pump after this workou, felt like my arms were 20 inches ( even though they arent ) :D

next week skulls will go up 10 and curls will go up 5...
 
ye i have been hitting PRs almost every workout, except leg workouts, i got to 315x5x2 365x3x3 on the smith and 275x5x2 and 315x3x3 free.
