Got a nice pump from them, actually noticed a vein starting to pop out on my right shoulder, and one running up to the left. I dont track arm workout PRs so i honestly dont know if these are PRs or not. Im going for a power clean PR tomorow in 5x5 @ 205, and also doing some box squats tomorow, will try 185 5x5 see how that feels. Later
