BF% Question

Just wondering if someone can double check my calculations on this. I did my BF reading last night using digital calipers and the 4 site measuring style. I ended up with the reading of 18.75%. I weigh 254... so it said there is 207 pounds lean body mass and 47 pounds of fat. I wanted to figure out how much fat I'd have to lose to get to 10% (assuming my lean mass stayed the same which it probably wont). I came up with 22-23 pounds. Did I do the math right or no? Thanks for the help.

i think its 20.7... i went with x/207=.10 solve for X so .10*207=20.7 :) i hope thats right.

so your total weight would be 227.7lbs

You're probably right but for my sake I hope you arent ... that's even more I'd have to lose....LOL. I used 18.75/100 = x/254 x ends up as 47 which is what the calculator said was my fat total. I then substituted 10 for 18.75 in the equation and got 25... 47-25=22. Instead of carrying 47 pounds of fat I'd carry 25. That's how I came up with mine. I'd weigh 232 in the end, HOPEFULLY lol. Thanks for the help by the way.
