Hbone is right, although it will help with getting you cut, you still should watch your diet for maximum results. If you are going to be using it for cutting, and you are experienced you can get away with a higher dosage, i.e., 150mcg, but you may wann stack in some Test so you don't go into a catabolic state. Remember T/3 will breakdown muslce tissue as well as fat...good luck.

t3 works well for burning fat, just watch how much you take as it will eat your muscle tissue as well as you fat. I would not go much higher than 50mcg if this is you first t3 experience. watch you diet and do some cardio...you'll see results.
T3 will definatly allow you to slip a little bit on your diet. But you can't go totally nuts though. I usually have 1 cheat day a week and maintian my bf%. While I was on T3, I was able to have two a week and still lose fat.
