Best ways to get cut on Tren no carbs or cardio?

Cutting on tren should be no different than cutting naturally. IMHO cutting carbs is a horrible way to trim up. Keep everything moderate but protein. Fat and carbs are both major energy sources so cutting out carbs completely will just lead to energy loss. You're on tren so you'll have an edge but carbs play a crucial role in building muscle as well as protein does. Don't just cut them out, use your will power. You'll probably lean out regardless so I would just keep your ratios at 50%-protein 30- carbs 20-fat. I bet you can switch the fat and carbs around without a problem if you want, and everyone is different so it there's no cookie cutter diet. Id either spread out carbs throughout the day or eat most of Your carbs for an evening meal. Lots will say thats bad because youre less insulin sensitive at night, but really that's a good reason to carb it up to get your insulin levels up. Just a theory i believe. That's the basic rule I try to follow. Hope that helps :)

Remember that whatever works off cycle, works on cycle, so if you know how to cut without Tren you know how to cut with it. Obviously cardio and carb control are both factors that can impact fat loss. Your overall caloric deficit is what you are really looking for to drop bodyfat though

you will have a tough time doing that. people who feel like shit on tren typically try and do what you are saying.. it doesn't work too well as far as how they feel or their energy levels.. some guys don't care though and will feel like shit for 10 weeks cause its worth it to them.. I have actually felt the shakes after a workout while on tren, and then once i got some carbs in me i felt much better.. its almost as if i was going hypo. this made me wonder if tren actually drops blood sugar which is why guys complain about feeling sluggish on it with no energy.

You are going to want those carbs on tren!!!!!!!!

Like steve said if you try to do a hard cut on tren you will be feeling left in the dust.

To lean out on tren what you need to focus on is building up muscle. At night you will definitely burn off some fat.

Keep the carbs moderate though. Good serving of oats for breakfast, very generous serving on post workout carbs, 1-2 meals with moderate carbs. The rest of your meals should be protein and fats. Try to avoid doing too much brown rice and stick to mainly sweet pots and oats.

My carb break down is usually.
Oats and pineapple in the morning.
Sweet pots pre workout meal
Sweet pots and apple post workout meal
1 cup brown rice early evening meal.
No carbs after 7pm.

Add thats all the carbs I need to keep my workouts at a very high intensity while leaning out.

Bro just diet and tren will do the rest. I lose bf on tren even though Im bulking. I wouldnt cut carbs either.

I'm 46 years old, and I took my first cycle at 44. I"m better in my 40's than I was in my 20's, and it is all because of Tren. I can eat literally ANYTHING on Tren and put on muscle and lean up. However, I do try to eat somewhat healthy. I run once or twice a week, eat tons or protein, and eat whole grains carbs. I don't eat any white flour. Tren takes care of the rest.
