Best way to tell if your gear is fake?

Mate of mine has got a bunch of stuff from a reseller and has compared stuff with whats online and we arent 100% sure its the real deal. What can we do to find out otherwise?

you can always use a labmax but i dont trust those... bloodwork is another way but that only tells so much

RoidTest (a product) or blood test (after using it).

Another way (bare with me) is to look the seller in the eye... if he looks shifty it's probably bunk.
