What is the best way to measure you bf%? and how often should you measure it when you are training?

Hydrostatic

If you live near a university you can get one done relatively cheaply. I can get a hydro and 7 site caliper composition done for about $30, but I know it's right.

In regards to calipers, we have a $7 pair found online. I get the same mm measurement with these as I do the $170 Lange calipers.

Spatts, I want to get the hydrostatic done. I have about 10 colleges and universities right around me. Who do you contact at the university to get this done? Athletic dept or school of health? Thanks.

Usually the section of Sport and Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology.

Bod Pod is also pretty good, less discomfort than UW weighing.

What is Bod Pod and how much does it cost?

A hydro is probably easier to find, and just as good. Especially if you have a good caliper reading done at the same time.
