What is the best way to avoid gyno from HCG use??

So you dont actually produce est while on HCG?
just a lot of test that eventually aromatizes into est and thats why both est & test level rise when on HCG?

My understanding is that the HCG will cause you to produce more test and thus aromatization will occur, but I have also heard that HCG also introduces estrogen into the system. Thus, if this is the case Nolvadex would work well against the introduction of this estrogen into the system, while arimidex will stop more estrogen from being produced through aromatization.
