i must agree with these guys..... you should clean up your diet... and continue your mod-high intensity cardio 30-60 minute sessions 4 times a week.... you still should be doing 3-4 weight training sessions as well.
dont forget to do your lower back exercises as well... dont neglect your lower back. you need a balance in order to reduce the risk of injury.. everything should be in proportion.
good ab exercises..
slow crunches, hanging leg raises( front and sides), russian twists, roman chair situps, work with the medicine ball, side bends, butterfly kicks, lying leg raises, ete.. there are soooo many.
