best way exercies to for luv handles

What are the best exercies for reducing the size of your luv handles? Do you think weighted side bends would work? Or could they make them stronger and bigger?

Have you tried cardio? Worked wonders for me when I was starting to get fat.

I've always done quite a bit of cardio, my luv handles are the only thing that are fat...
 
Spot training is a myth. To get rid of that fat you need to diet and do cardio. Although after that rips you up if you had been doing side bends while dieting you would be able to see the muscles there.
 
i must agree with these guys..... you should clean up your diet... and continue your mod-high intensity cardio 30-60 minute sessions 4 times a week.... you still should be doing 3-4 weight training sessions as well.

dont forget to do your lower back exercises as well... dont neglect your lower back. you need a balance in order to reduce the risk of injury.. everything should be in proportion.

good ab exercises..

slow crunches, hanging leg raises( front and sides), russian twists, roman chair situps, work with the medicine ball, side bends, butterfly kicks, lying leg raises, ete.. there are soooo many.

stubborn fat... is a pain in the ass. Have you every tried yohimburn or something like it. Not sure if it works but it might be worth a shot.
 
Dude you gotta order that ass-jiggler device they advertise on late night TV. Simply squat down a bit further in the device and WALAHH your love handles will start to jiggle furiously. I'd say 3 jiggling sessions per week will melt the fat right off. Call now!

i would say best way is to lose the fat. i used to box, and lost them when I got cut up.
