Best upper back exercise?

My upper back sucks. Just looking for some new exercises to shock them into shape. It's my rhomboids to be technical. I can't seem to isolate them in my routines. I ask this question here because I know you guys not the ones over at the exercise forum.Thanks.

How about a shock routine outside of the gym... Hold the arm rests of a chair and slide your ass of the front so your triceps are flexed. Lower your ass down half way to the floor then back up to the seat height making sure you flex the tops of your shoulders... Do a MAX REP SET of 100 or so if you can...
