If we could lift when our bodies produce peak testosterone do o you think we would get more gains over when our test is at lower levels? I know it peaks at random times throughout the day.
Assuming u live a normal life and aren’t someone who works nights then ur adrenaline is highest in the morning. So that is going to be the best time to train.
Having said that many people like to lift after work as their stress reliever after a hard day so it really depends on ur schedule.
Optimally work out in the morning then nap after for max muscle growth but long term it’s more important to be consistent
