Best time to use the ECA stack

Hey Guys (and Gals of course),

What is currently the best way to use the ECA stack? When I first heard of it it was to be used before cardio sessions to help promote fatloss. Then I moved to Vancouver, Canada and the theory there was completely the opposite. Basically everyone I talked to did it only on days before weightlifting saying basically that it helped with intensity and that doing with cardio was to dangerous because one's heart rate and blood pressure could get out of wack. Finally, I'm sure there is a scientific theory out there that is soley based on Effedrine's half life or something that would say two years on two minutes off or whatever.

So what really is the best way to make it work for fatloss while not killing myself and not wasting my hard earned money? I'm not too concearned about WO intensity etc I just want to shed a few extra pounds.

I take 3 doses during the day, when I first get up at 1/4 to 7 on an empty stomach, around noon on an empty stomach, and around 4-5pm (don't take it this late until you've become acclimated to the stimulant affect or you might not sleep). Most important thing to increase it's effectiveness I feel, is to take it on an empty stomach, fat burning does not work when insulin is being released into your bloodstream, so, no food w/ the ephedrine.

I don't like taking it before cardio either, it jacks up my heart rate and BP enough without throwing the added stress of cardio into it to. I also don't like taking it right before I lift either. Contrary to what supp. manufacturers say, ECA makes me lose focus and strength, I feel more intense but only because of the stimulatory effect............but I read that ephedrine can suppress testosterone levels to some degree, so that might account for the decrease in strength. Basically if it weren't for the fat burning, or to keep me up after a late night, I'd never take the shit.
