Best test for my cycle

Alright guys Im 24 weight about 190 and have been working out for a solid 4 years. I am maxing at BP 210-3X5, squat 380 for 3x5, OHP -155-3X8, dead lift 425-1x5 and body fat is at about 20%
I want to get more stronger and lose fat.
Right now I have anavar 20mg pills(two bags of 50pills each) and Im going to be taking it twice a day. I was going to be taking anavar only but I hear im half assing my way and should just run a complete cycle and get better results with running a test. My questions is which test? I was originally going to take sustanon to I would like to hear what people think. Also I am thinking for a PCT taking nolva, milkthistle, liver supplemts. Anyways if I can get some help that will be great.
My meals consists of usually eggs,chicken breast, ham, turkey and tuna. calories about 2500 and have about 175-200 grams of protein everyday.

Anavar only is fine, but i'd run some hcgenerate along side it.
Although if it were me I'd add some test. My preference would be test prop if your going to run along side the var and then finish. You can do an 8 wk cycle and run var wks 1-6 or 3-8 and the prop wks 1-8. If you're trying to gain but lose it gets difficult. It would be definitely better to naturally cut and then run that cycle. You'll have a way better end product. And you must do a better job on your pct. I'd never do that layout you have. Read and search on here for test and var cycles and you'll find all the answers you need. good luck man.
 
Anavar only was my first cycle and I really want to express how much I like it as a first cycle..amazing what it did for me off the get go.
 
20% body fat is too high man.

also for your weight you should have better lifts than that. i think you need to build a better base first, your problem though is not only do you need to cut down your body fat but also you need to improve your lifts. i can see your reasoning to want to use AAS to short cut things but you will only end up back to the drawing board afterwards unless you get your diet and training on par

20% is a little high, i agree, but those lifts look pretty respectable to me. The bench is a little low but if they are as posted your looking at 425 squat and probably around 460-470 DL. That's not bad at all at 190lbs.
 
Hey guys thanks for the responses. I started cutting about 2 weeks ago and my diet now is properly in check. I have been very week to start with and i cant seem to get any stronger. And for my body fat I wouldnt say its 20% but i do have a little bit of love handles but my upper body and legs are in pretty good shape, I would say im at about 15-17% bodyfat from taking a look at pictures online. I am pretty serious into starting my first cycle, I got my hands on some sustanon but Im not sure if I should use this with anavar or should I use a different type of test such as test E,C,or P.
And as for my pct what would you change?
 
There are hundreds of pct's in the forum. Search and find one that suits, then post it up and we'll critique
