Ok my new years resolution is to lose 20 lbs. went out and bought a new home gym ( got rid of my old one when i moved 6 months ago). going to start my cardio on monday. plan on running 2-4 miles a day 5 days a week with some sprints once a week. i am not a novice but i am by no means even close to being a pro. i have been in the army for 17 years now and i run maybe 3 times a week (3 miles). with some army pt muscle failure here and there. but i am going to get back into it real hard and crazy. cutting my calories by at least half if not more. with lots of protien.

here are my stats.

Thermorexin is a GREAT product. Thermo, focus, and energy! :-)

Stack it with Levorexin for added non-stim fat burning and some Gluc-R for maximizing your use of carbs and PureCEE to get you through those workouts with added pumps and less soreness after workouts.

Pretty much everything from The AF Store is good stuff!

I had done lots of research myself and the combo I ended up with is Thermorexin, Glucorell R, Sesapure and Y!! I was given very good advice!

Just be sure that you gradually reduce calories (as opposed to drastically cutting your current intake in half). If you do it too fast your metabolism will not respond very appropriately to your goals.

agreed..if you cut your calories by half you will have major problems

first of all, how many calories do you take per day? cutting by half would probably not be a very good idea. My suggestion is to figure out your maintanace metabolic rate (some calculators available for that), then omit either 500cals per day or reduce by 20% per day. Then add cardio and only use as much as needed to loose 1-2lb per week, any more will most likely lead to muscle loss
