What are the best sources of fiber?

I've heard that lettuce, spinach, and broccoli are the best.

How is asparagus?

Bran Flakes. I eat it all day long No milk or nothing and it taste great....

I actually think OAT bran is the best tasting fibrous food, however I get all mine from Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels, Asparagus, and a lil Psyllium. You have to eat ALOT of lettuce to reap the fiber benefits IMO.
