Best site that explains how to do every exercise

I used to have the url to this site, that explained every single possible exercise, showed the muscles involved. The best site to build your routine i ever saw. I remember there was this picture of a man and you would click on the body part you want to see the exercises... very bad designed site, but GREAT content...

does any one know this site? I REALLY NEED the URL!

it's fairly detailed, and even has small animated pictures showing how to do the exercise. Hope this helps
