whats the best prohormone to take?

I was thinking about doing a cycle of mag10

What gains can I expect from it?

Anything better than mag10...prohormone wise?

1-AD, not sure that it's better but is a rival too it. Different people get gains from each one so you need to ask someone who has done both.

1AD is by far the best I've ever used. Still have not tried the 1test however.
