Best Post Workout Meal

I have searched and found lots of posts, but nothing really conclusive. I workout in a gym at home so I have access to eat anything after my workout . . .but I do not know what I should be eating. I normally workout in the evening, but occasionally in the early morning if that makes a difference.

I am currently 180lbs at about 8 - 9% BF

I am getting ready to start a cycle (currently on 1 IU of HGH per day year round and 200 mg of cyp a week for the last few years - recently at 400 per week, but cut back about 1 month ago. Now i am taking 2 weeks off and doing HCG prior to starting my heavier cycle) The cycle will consist of the following:

400 mg week of Cyp
400 mg week of Deca
1 IU daily of HGH

All is real and prescribed by my doctor so I know it is legit.

My concern is nutrition and primarily my post workout meal. Any suggestions?

400mg of test and 400mg of deca lets hope your gonna get some anti estrogens prescribed to you.
after a hard work out I will take milk 10oz 2 scoops of whey protien with 5 grams of glutamin powder mixed in .Eat 8 oz of cottage cheese with a bananna mixed in 8 grams of flax seed then I'll eat a chicken breast maybe two.The lady cooks 20 chicken breast on sunday and once more on thursday so I always have chicken on hand .

my thoughts are this the whey dissolves fast , the milk and cottage cheese is the next to digest then the chicken takes longer hopfully its releasing protien into my blood stream for 3-4 hours untill my next meal.

I think everyone is gonna tell you prob something diff your gonna have to exp and see what works for you.

Also unless you have a 1000 sqft room in your house packed with gym equipment join a gym get acess to squat racks ,power cage, cross overs
leg presses.i worked out at home for the first few years becuase i was young and in a small town the nearest gym was 30 minutes away.Once I joined the gym I started making great gains due to dumbells alone having a rack at the gym from 5lbs up to 120lbs was great just grab what you need eazier to pyramid up and do drop sets .While at home I had to fart around adding weights and taking them off the dumbells.Then the donkey calve raise machine and standing calve machine alone is worth my 30$ a month .But i do have some weights at home just incase of a hurricane and the gym is destroyed I'll lift at home untill the city gets rebuilt.

Fish in the morning
Salmon omlete is great with green bell peppers and abd a few cooked carotts with mushrooms.

SHake of protien and carbs for snake. I like vitragro with a wight gainer and creatine

Chicken for lunch. Chicken breast, yuck, or thighs and a sause sush as mushroom or Knorrs CHicken gravy

Shake of protien and carbs for snake. I like vitragro with a wight gainer and protien and carbs for snake. I like vitragro with a weight gainer and creatine

Beef and more beef. I grind mine,aid digestion, from flank staeak a lot and barbeque it with soy sause. Have a salid with flax seed oil and a good soup and real brown or rye bread.

Good luck. This take planning a nd disapline. It ill really se if yuo have what it takes.

i always feed my snake protien and carbs for a snack!some times a "staeak and salid" keeps the snakes happy!
