Best Lift For Glutes?

Hey everyone,


I need a good lift for glutes. My ass is shrinking and I don't know why. (maybe to much running, I don't know.)What exercise isolates these muscles the most?

ahhh white boy booty syndrome

squats cured mine,now i have a nice bottom

lunges also work the glutes
 
nothing beats wide sumo deadlifts with an extra squeeze at the top. Use this exercise along with squats. It helped me go from the white boy bootie syndrom, to an ass.

Like everyone else said. . . . ass to floors (squats). Also, lying leg curls hit the lower buttocks to a certain degree.

Here are other exercises that will hit the area:

Wide Stance Leg Presses:

Put feet high on platform and let the quads travel towards the side of the chest.

Lunges:

These certainly target the buttocks. Of course, you will stress the hams and buttocks the further you lunge forwars.
