Best healing sarms lgd?

Thought I read a thread a couple weeks ago where dylan said that lgd4033 was better than ostarine mk for healing

now I am confused. or did he mean that you're supposed to use them both together?

I was in a car accident a month ago and my body still isn't right and I'm hoping maybe this can help speed things up.

Should i do both? Maybe 10mg of each per day?

could you please show where i ever said that because i would be you a million dollars that i NEVER said anything remotely close to that... literally, id bet anything and everything on the planet i never said that...

of the three, its the weakest for healing between mk2866 and mk677 and itself... its a "part" of the stack but its definitely not even close to being on par with the other two...

Dylan has you completely covered. I have never heard him put LGD as a top healer though either. Its a small part of the stack but not the one you would be at the top

You're wrong. MK works best and take it at the dose it's supposed to be used with and not at some version you came up with.
